Abstract
The present era has been called the era of spirituality, which modern humanity has taken refuge in to escape the boredom and extreme fatigue of the modern world. Humans are naturally seeking spirituality, therefore spiritual movements have emerged in different ways in the world. However, in mystical research, spiritual movements are divided in different ways. They have been studied from the perspective of history, geography, secularism, functionalism, psychology, religions and sociology, contentism, teleology, source studies and truthfulness. However, due to political tendencies and the desire for power in spiritual movements, they have been formed in the form of sects. And the further they have moved away from belief in God, the more they have sunk into sectarian behavior. Therefore, by studying their flow, we can understand the effects of those sects and the realities and positive and creative causes and their expansion. When we look at the spiritual world in the geographical valley, there are sects operating under the spiritual thoughts of Native Americans, secularism, literature, etc., which have become famous as Latin American mystics. But with all the pretentious faces they have, and they have used strong media languages such as fiction, psychology, film, etc. to spread themselves, and with the emergence of famous figures such as Paulo Coelho and Castaneda, they have been able to go beyond their homeland and have manifested many abnormalities such as witchcraft, anti-religion, promotion of secularism, etc.
