Culture is a combination of shared insights, beliefs, attitudes, trends, styles, customs and behaviors, rituals and arts that are relatively stable and enduring, and are prerogative of human beings. The nature of human being is the source and generator of this culture.  The strategic role of identifying the culture of nations and learning a language in providing education and explaining the capacities of Islamic culture to the scientific, cultural and social communities of the world is obvious and undeniable. In line with this goal, the "Faculty of Advanced Language, Literature and Cultural Studies" seeks to carry out research in a bid to understand the cultures and languages of nations so as to create the necessary ground for interaction and communication. Among them was the International Conference on Cultural Movements in the International Arena held in the year 2018 whose outcome was a collection of scholarly papers that can be used by experts and decision-makers. The study of trends and thought streams is a fundamental necessity of contemporary times for cultural activists, because without recognizing and pathologizing different cultural and religious trends and thought systems, one cannot envisage a clear picture of the intellectual and cultural conditions of the regions and countries.  Obviously, familiarity with the cultures of countries, especially the Islamic world, can prevent cultural dispersion, and somehow lead to intellectual unity and reconciliation in the Islamic world, and which will ultimately help create the ability to confront and deal with the opposing culture. the “Higher Education Complex for Language Literature and Culture Studies” in Al-Mustafa International University by creating the multi lingual journal of “Language and Culture of Nations” and publishing the research papers of scholars in this field, aims to present a vivid image of linguistic and cultural communication among nations. In conclusion, the executive officials of this journal invite all international eminent researchers in various scientific-cultural centers inside and outside of Iran to submit their academic papers to the portal of the Journal of “Language and Culture of Nations” at: lcn.journals.miu.ac.ir to assist us in achieving our academic goals.
