The Islamic Revolution of Iran, as the starting point of the Islamic awakening, heralded the beginning of a new era of the emergence of Islam with a political approach for the Islamic world, and the victory of the most prominent Islamic movement in this period spurred other Islamic movements in the Islamic world to action. The driving force behind the Iranian Revolution was Islamic ideology, whose goal was to free itself from dependence, independence, and challenge the system of domination. In parallel with the Islamic Revolution, movements such as the Bolivarian Revolution were formed, especially in Venezuela, whose driving force was socialism and nationalism. The goal and approach of revolutionary movements in Latin America was to free themselves from dependence, achieve independence, and ultimately challenge the system of domination, and above all, to challenge and bring down the power of the United States of America. With regard to the subject, the goal and concern of the present study is to explain the common horizons, goals, and approaches of the Islamic Revolution and the Latin American revolutions. Research findings have shown that: The Islamic Revolution and the Latin American revolutions have commonalities in horizons, goals, and approaches, which can be examined in categories such as: revolutionary identity, seeking justice, freedom from dependence, independence, and consequently challenging the system of domination and hegemony. It should be noted that the type of research is applied based on the purpose. From the perspective of data analysis: qualitative and in terms of the nature of the research, descriptive-analytical. The method of collecting data and information in this research is documents that have been carried out by referring to the library and article archives, as well as searching electronic and Internet networks. From a theoretical perspective, the present research has used the theoretical model of constructivism.
